These are made so sturdy. They are also true to size. My 8 year old was so excited to have waterproof shoes and showed them off the next school day. He said they’re comfortable. They stayed tied all day and seem to grip the ground well.

Such a great shoe. This is sturdy, well stitched and so easy to put on. Ordered a size 8 for my toddler and it comes with a velcro strap and you can easily move the tongue back for easy wearing. Taking off is simple too but younger kids may need some assistance as it is a little snug around the base of the foot. The design is so awesome and athletic, I wish I had a pair for myself. The sole is rubber with ridges making them stable and have great traction. It is also quite thick on the bottom which I like for the extra support and a little added height.Overall, designed beautifully and functional shoe for your active toddler - suitable for playing or for more presentable occasions. I’m going to encourage my toddler to wear this as long as possible!

Great quality and they fit great; as I expect from the KEEN brand. My toddler immediately wanted to try them on out of the box and was modeling them all over the house.Dad is now jealous and has requested a pair just like these.Love the easy on/off stretch lacing.The best thing about KEEN’S is I know my son will outgrow them before they ever come close to wearing out. We will pass them down or donate them when he outgrows them. They’ll be great shoes for a long time.

The KEEN children's waterproof hiking shoes, for both boys and girls, appear just like the adult equivalent, with rubber soles and a durable leather outer shell. The rubber sole is non-marring and will give good anti-slip traction on rugged surfaces. The waterproof outer shell is breathable to let feet stay dry. The Velcro loop fastener and elastic laces provide adjustability for growing feet. Overall, the shoes are very well made and look as rugged as an adult hiking shoe. The quality on these shoes is excellent. KEEN is a well known respected brand, but the price does seem to be higher compared to similar manufacturers.

These shoes are extremely well made. The suede leather is gorgeous and gives them a high quality look and feel. We have owned many pairs of KEEN shoes over the years, and I continue to be impressed with how innovative and durable their designs are.The wide toe box is a must for growing preschoolers, allowing plenty of room for comfort and natural foot movement. The internal waterproofing design is another great feature for kids who are always on the move. I also sprayed them with an additional waterproofer for extra protection, especially for everyday wear.These are sturdy, comfortable, and clearly built to last. A solid investment for active kids who need supportive and durable footwear.

This is the fourth time I’ve given my sons keen trail sneakers. I really love these. They are durable and very water resistant. The colors are neutral and go with any outfit. But, the most important part is that they find them comfortable. The soles are made to climb and grip, so tread is nice and deep. There won’t be any slipping on rocks with these. This has been a reputable brand for a long time and I still trust them with my babies. Finding a good hiking shoe is SO important, their lives are worth the price. Never skimp on trail shoes. Get something you can trust, whichever brand.

This is an excellent quality pair of rugged shoes. Very well-made and durable. Our grandson loves to run and explore, and these Keen low hikers are the perfect footwear for his exploration.Cute design that looks like a serious pair of trail shoes without sacrificing kid style.Wide toe box keeps toes from getting cramped and leaves plenty of lateral wiggle room.These hikers will definitely get lots of use and, as durable as they are, are sure to be outgrown before they're worn out. I anticipate them being handed down to the next grandson!

I've work KEEN trail shoes for decades and they have always been a very high quality product, these do not disappoint.The trouble with kids shoes for us anyways is they often don't wear out before they are outgrown, I don't know how many specialty shoes we have in bags in the garage... the great thing about these, is they very solidly unisex shoes, my son and daughter will have no problem using these shoes and likely we'll get at least two kids to utilize them.With as sturdy as KEEN shoes are, I'm pretty sure we'll even be able to sell them at a garage sale when we've run out of kids with size 11's!While they aren't cheap, you get what you pay for here and your kids will be happier on they playground and family hikes if you're so inclined to take them with you.
