The phone appeared to be new no scratches however it says locked to Boost Mobile and when I took it to Boost Mobile to activate the phone. I was unable to successfully use it. They said that the phone is not compatible with Boost Mobile and to contact carrier. Also it says to insert SIM card however this phone does not have a slap for a SIM card it is only able to do e sim. I then took the phone to an electronics store had to pay $107.00 to flash the phone to make it completely unlocked so maybe there is hope to use the phone however they've had my phone for 3 days and it just says processing to be unlocked. This has been a terrible experience for me but I just hope they can get it to work. I will update with details when they call me back.Update: after going to the electronic store and having to wait about 6 days to get the phone back they stated that the problem is this is not a real phone this is what they call a demo phone one that they use on display at electronic stores and cannot be activated this company is a scam
