Don't let the small footprint and lightweight of this speed light fool you. I think it actually has the same light output of the V1Pro, which was the flagship up until the V100. I used it as a key light for a headshot session and I shot a subject backlit by the 11AM harsh sun and this speed light kept up. The battery life on it was excellent. It's packed with features, it's built well and offers an excellent value for the money.Basically if you don't need the round head modifiers and the slight extra power the V100 offers you, save your money and get the V480. It can absolutely hang.

プロカメラマンです。ここ数年、ゴドックス製のストロボを複数台使用しています。※純正も使いますが、最近はほぼゴドックス製です。最近のゴドックス製は、品質も性能も良く、そして価格が安いという3拍子がそろったものが多いです。クリップオンやAD200のような製品も使ってますが、純正と比べて劣るという印象はほぼないです。本品もリチウム電池を使用しており、リサイクルタイムも早いですし、タッチスクリーンもとても使いやすいです。プロの中では常識ですが、ストロボは消耗品です。発光管は使用にともない劣化してきますし、プロ使用では1回の撮影で数百カット～千カット程度発光させることもざらです。純正品を使っていてもメーカーにメンテンナンスを出しますが、1回の点検修理費で本品が買える程度の価格、もしくはそれ以上になることもあります。※プロ登録していて、発光管の交換だけですめば1万弱ですが…。メーカーに送って、修理して、戻ってくるまでに代替ストロボが必要になりますし、純正は元々本体価格が高いです。※ゴドックス製の倍～３倍程度します。それなら、ゴドックス製をつぶれるまで使い、壊れたら買い足すといった使い方でもOKという考え方です。ゴドックスのストロボ、本当にいいですよ。安心して使っていただけると思います。おすすめいたします！

Un flash très puissant et complet, qui s'utilise très simplement mais offre aussi des fonctionnalités bien plus poussés.Les menus sont bien pensés et simple d'utilisation. L'autonomie est largement suffisante pour tout les usages que j'ai pu en faire. C'est un bon accessoire indispensable pour prendre des photos portrait de qualité professionelles.

This is a really good flash for the price. I'm using it with a 5D series camera and it's right up there with my Canon brand flashes. The LED screen is nice and bright and the menus and setting are very easy to adjust on the flash or on the camera. The light output is clean and consistent. The rechargeable battery is nice to have although having the ability to switch to standard AA batteries as a backup would also be nice, but this one only has the rechargeable. You also have to remove the battery to recharge it, which is standard, but it would be nice to plug into the flash body. The body feel pretty light, but with the battery, it has some weight. The hot shoe clamp is smooth and works well. This definitely compares well with Canon flashes.
