I recently purchased the Video Light w Softbox and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The light is very portable and easy to use, making it a great option for on-the-go videography. The softbox diffuses the light evenly, creating a professional and polished look for my videos. The brightness of the light is also easily adjustable, allowing me to customize the lighting to fit my needs. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Video Light w Softbox and would highly recommend it to others in need of portable and professional lighting for their videos.

The ULANZI VL-81 is basically a tiny, rechargeable sun you can toss in your camera bag. I grabbed this light to improve my on-the-go video and product shoots, and it hasn’t disappointed once.First off, it’s shockingly bright for something the size of a deck of cards. You can dial in the bi-color temperature from warm to cool, which saves a ton of hassle matching other light sources on set. The diffusion panel softens things nicely so you don’t nuke your subject with harsh LED glare.Battery life? For a built-in 3000mAh cell, it’s a champ. Very useful piece for content creators, I like that it’s pretty compact but able to produce decent amount of light. Has a standard mounting so it would go with almost any tripod or camera. Battery lasts a long time too

I bought the VL-81 LED Video Light, and it’s been amazing for both my photos and videos. The color accuracy is spot on (CRI95+), and I love that you can adjust the color temperature from warm to cool (3200K-5600K) depending on what look you want. It’s super easy to use and gives you a nice, even light, especially with the included softbox, which helps avoid harsh shadows.The rechargeable battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to worry about it dying mid-shoot. I also like that it’s dimmable, so I can adjust the brightness to fit the mood. It’s small, lightweight, and the cold shoe mount works great with my DSLR and GoPro.For the price, this little light is an absolute steal. If you need something portable and reliable for vlogging or photography, definitely give this one a try!

I was so nervous to buy but I took a chance and did. I received my package on the 2nd day as promised and I was not disappointed. This is the coolest light I’ve ever had. It will go perfect with my gimbal. This thing is super bright and the battery lasted 4 hours continued use. It’s the cheapest costing light but this thing puts out! I highly recommend and I will be back in a few days to post a video. So go buy it!

From the perspective of it being a camera mounted light, it works exactly as expected. It's very bright at the max setting and the temperature adjustment is a nice feature. It sits securely in the camera mount, no issues at all with shake or stability. My only gripe is related to my intended use, macro photography. Given the placement of the light relative to the lens, it projects well ahead of close objects, making it virtually useless to me as a camera-mounted macro photography light. If it had some sort of "tilt adjustment" feature allowing it to point downward, it would be perfect for my purposes. I will have to find a way to position it beside the object being photographed instead. I cannot deduct any stars for that because it's my issue, not a problem with the light itself. It's still relatively new but if it continues to function as is, I would highly recommend picking one up.

I'm finding more uses for this light. It's very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time. I use this on top of my professional mirrorless camera when I am photographing an event. The light can be intimidating and makes people feel like you are very close to them, so just make sure you are watching their reactions. It will work well for vlogging too. It's a great little item that solves many problems.
