I needed a solution other than a very long HDMI cable to transmit my screen to a projector.I ran across this wireless transmitter and looked into it pretty heavily. I decided to give it a shot. So I ordered it.It is really easy to set up and install. The functionality is exactly as it states. I really can't believe how compact these are. Good things do come entirely packages.The quality of the materials used are premium quality. As far as performances concerned, the picture quality is magnificent and to my surprise there is very little lag. I attribute this to the advanced wireless transmitter and receiver.Overall my experience with this HDMI, wireless transmitter and receiver it's outstanding. So far everything works as normal and there has not been any issues.I can confidently recommend this to anybody looking for a solution such as I was. I would have no problem recommending this to my friends, family, co-workers, or as I said before, someone that is looking for a solution to wirelessly transmit their screen to another.

I tested this wireless HDMI extender with a laptop and a 65” TV, streaming both movies and presentations. Setup was plug-and-play - connect the transmitter to the laptop’s HDMI port, the receiver to the TV, and power both with USB. The units paired automatically in under 10 seconds with no drivers or manual configuration needed. For offices, classrooms, or home setups needing a simple plug-and-play wireless HDMI solution with dependable mid-range performance, this extender delivers stable video, flexible dual-band connectivity, and practical portability.Video performance was solid at 1080p/60Hz. Movies streamed smoothly with no noticeable lag or frame drops, and audio remained synchronized throughout. For presentations, text was sharp and clear, even at smaller font sizes. Latency measured around 80ms, which was unnoticeable for video and office use, though not suitable for competitive gaming.Range matched expectations. In open line-of-sight, I achieved just over 150 feet before signal started to drop. Indoors, the extender handled 40–50 feet through two walls reliably. Switching between 2.4GHz and 5GHz provided flexibility - 5GHz gave smoother streaming with less interference, while 2.4GHz extended range slightly in obstructed environments. The compact design made it easy to carry for office presentations, and heat buildup was minimal after hours of continuous use.The only downside is that this unit caps at 1080p, so it won’t meet needs for 4K streaming. Also, both transmitter and receiver require USB power, which means planning for ports or adapters if outlets are limited.

It sends video decently, but doesn't mirror. The reason the score went down for me is because although it transmitted the images well, it would not transmit the sound from the phone. Video was playing on the TV, but unfortunately, the sound was still coming from the phone. Not good at all if you're trying to watch a show or game.
