This HDMI Wireless transmitter is a total waste of time and made my meeting kind of embarassing.I really love the idea of this HDMI transmitter that just uses USB for power. I thought it would be great for my HOA meeting where I plug the computer in to the television so that everybody can see everyone else on the zoom call for the HOA meeting and all of the zoomers can see the people in the in person meeting.Unfortunately, for some reason these things disconnected every two minutes and I had to reset them by disconnecting them from the USB power and then reconnecting them making them absolutely 100% unusable. Going forward, I'm just going to use a regular longer HDMI cable because it does not have this problem.I do not recommend these, they are completely useless

Two clearly labeled cables make this wireless HDMI setup straightforward. Plug the "display" end into your monitor and the "source" end into your laptop, then connect the USB-A connectors to USB-A power supplies or your laptop's USB port. Pairing happens almost instantly.I've been using this to connect a laptop to a monitor when I need to move around the room without cables. Video quality at 1920x1080 is solid, with barely noticeable lag. I tested it successfully at roughly 10 yards, though I haven't tried the claimed 165-foot range. Connection stays stable throughout my house.Occasional brief blackouts happen, but it reconnects quickly. Power supply matters more than I expected. First I tried using my television's USB-A port, which didn't work at all. Then I used an older USB-A power supply, which caused disconnections every few minutes. A newer USB-A power supply fixed this completely.For wireless display connectivity without network setup complexity, this does what you'd expect. The price point seems reasonable for eliminating HDMI cable runs when you need that flexibility.

The ANSIME HDMI Wireless Transmitter/Receiver does connect and gets the job done, but the audio quality isn’t great. Even at only about 12 feet away, there’s noticeable noise and static that makes it hard to enjoy videos. It’s usable for basic visuals, but if you need clean sound, this may not be the best option.

This is a transmitter and receiver for sharing your video on a laptop or other HDMI device to your television. Obviously the transmitter goes into the source (laptop) and receiver into the HDMI input on the TV. You hear about "Miracast" this and "screen share" that, but those wifi solutions, in my house, have proven to be unreliable, frustrating and problematic. They use your wifi or bluetooth network to share data, which has not worked well for me. This device apparently uses its own radio signal between source and receiver, you don't connect it to your WiFi network, Bluetooth network or anything, just plug in and go.I used this to play 4K videos from my laptop to TV, worked flawlessly. Basically you plug in the transmitter and receiver (each to USB power also, not required in all cases but do it for best results) to the source and TV and press a button and you are good to go, syncs immediately.Please Note the following:- If your devices do not have a full sized HDMI socket, this ships with Mini HDMI to HDMI and Micro MDHI to HDMI adapters so you are all set.- From 25 feet there was no lag, no loss of resolution ("Tiger" 4k video/ picture is at 1 ft but same as at 25 feet).- At 35 feet, all good.- At 50 feet, the sound and resolution started to drop, loss of audio and video was choppy. This was with the receiver behind the TV screen which blocked the signal, would be better if you had it in front of the screen. So cannot confirm the claims that this works at 135 Feet. Still 35 feet is very impressive.- Neither the transmitter or receiver got hot during use, also impressive.- Construction seem solid and value for the price is high.Overall, this does what it is supposed to do, fantastic! I have had a few similar devices in the past and you worry about choppy video and sound, dropouts and range. This worked perfectly with no dropouts and great video and sound. But you need to be in range, say 35 feet with my setup.
