Detailed Description These connectors mate with any other standard DB-25 connectors, which are commonly found on computers, electronic devices, and industrial equipment. On PC's, DB-25 connectors are typically used for RS-232 serial ports. The insulation displacement (IDC) contacts on these connectors allow them to be quickly and easily crimped onto 25-wire flat ribbon cable. Features a cover for positive cable location, a strain relief and contacts which are recessed into to cover.

Liked the Quality, PRICE and FAST delivery!NOTHING at all to dislike!
As others reported, these connectors were delivered in bulk box, and out of 10, 9 were locked and required unlocking. There were no carrier tape or anything to keep them unlocked and ready for cable insertion. The quality is OK, but I am giving only two stars because of locked shipment.

These are great IDC DB25 connectors.However if you crimp them unevenly, you will crack the plastic.Just crimp them slowly and evenly and they will work every time.
