I like the easy to use, good picture quality, software support, and excellent engineering of the product. I am completely unenthusiastic about the quality of the setup instructions provided with the camera. The instructions provided in the box with the camera referred to an earlier version (same item name however) and did not work with the camera. The online instructions for setup similarly were out of date and not applicable. Multiple email exchanges with support did not adequately tell how to set up, but a two minute conversation with a colleague provided the needed information. Setup takes about three minutes. For me, the correct steps were: 1. Download the flex11 program from the manufacturer's site. 2. Plug the USB cable into your computer and into the right hand port on the back of the camera. 3. Start the flex11 program. That's it, trivial.

This works for about 3 minutes and then all I get is a static image of whatever I was last viewing in the document camera. Several emails to customer service to no avail and I am stuck with a worthless doc camera. My school bought it for me but I hate to see anyone waste money on this. It must not work on a mac. In addition there are no directions as to how to uninstall. You can't just drag to trash. Very poor response from customer service.

I love this document Camera, however I was disappointed I got it scratched, like they sent a returned item, I have yet to try it but I was disappointed on that. I paid full price for a "new" camera to received a scratched one, it might not be visible in the pictures but the scratches are there. If I wasn't a person who took care of their electronics I wouldn't care but this bothers me so much especially for the price. :(
