Bought this for my elderly mother and she loves it. Easy to use. Setup was a bit tedious but that has more to do with the streaming apps themselves and not the roku box or service. Remote fits in the hand nicely. Best money I have spent. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered this for a 4-year old smart tv that wasn’t streaming as fast as our new tv and didn’t have all of the apps available on it. The ROKU Ultra has totally improved the streaming speed and the clarity is even better than when we had cable! I highly recommend this. It was crazy simple to install.

Pros: Easy setup.Super streaming. Quality video and sound. Excellent programming choices.Cons: IPhone remote feature is glitchy. Roku box recognition is in and out. This does not affect normal remote functions, but if you spend the extra $$$ for a Roku Ultra it’s annoying.

We cut the cord almost five years ago now. Never looked back.Operated on a couple of Amazon Fire Sticks for a while. They're ok. We still use them in the kid's bedrooms. Also have used an older Apple TV unit and a Google Chromecast.This Roku device is in another league. It's quick. User interface is easy to understand and operate.What I really love about this above some other streaming devices I've used, the ability to use my own bluetooth headphones, to listen to audio on my big TV and not bother the rest of the house. Huge for me in early mornings or after my wife goes to bed. I was watching things on my tiny phone in bed, while using my headphones... now I can view the big TV and not disturb the sleeping spouse. Amazing.

I like the quick streaming service. Yet the voice controls and alexa interface aren't working all the time. Seems to be a very basic and almost waste of money. Will probably return this
