the product description said it had a finger print reader, mine did not come with one... was missing two screws from the back panel. i know the processor wasn't much to being with... But I thought would be able to do more than power the notebook up and go on to a simple web page before the touch screen started being slow to unresponsive. so with no fingerprint reader overall i'm giving it a two star since it does power up i guess

IT IS NOT 32GB. It is 16GB inside. (Just got it, recharged, and checked). That's really very dishonest of the seller to give wrong description. Also, it says no scratches, but there is a sticker cover on the cover (so not sure if any scratches beneath it). There are certainly some obvious scratch marks on keyboard area. Seller SHOULD LIST IT AS 16GB and GOOD condition (NOT Excellent). Battery seems okay initially and device works fine apart from these. Also, no camera on keyboard (rear) side; the camera is missing and the place covered (Camera app only detects Front camera).

It seemed great the one day I was able to use it! Then it just stopped working. Charged, there's a light on, but it won't turn on. And due to the untimely shutdown, I lost an entire blog post I had spent many hours writing!

This computer came with another account activated. Though it was easy to delete that account, I could not delete the @ account affiliated with it. It was connected to another school. For a fully refurbished, “new like” chromebook, it should not have been nearly this difficult. To add, the keyboard protector was rattly and clearly not “almost new”. I learned my lesson. Will be returning this and will never again buy anything “certified as refurbished” from Amazon. I’m so sad bc my daughter’s birthday is tomorrow and now I don’t have a gift for her.
