A: If some keys do not work correctly, please check if the input method is US English version first. Such as @, you can try the following methods:
1. Switch the input method to American English input
2. Press and hold Shift+@ on the keyboard to use.
The computer has no power and needs to be charged.
1. Please ensure that your ambient temperature is normal, too low a temperature will exist for the battery to charge properly.
2. Please check that your socket is not damaged and that the charger meets US voltage standards.
3. Check that the charger is securely connected to the computer part.
4. The battery symbol will appear during charging and there is a red light on the side.
5. Long press the side switch button for 5-10s to start.
A: The Windows 11 system we have built in is the latest version for this model, please do not update Windows without permission. due to program settings, updating Windows versions is not supported at this time. If required, please contact seller support for information.
A: Firstly, it is normal for a laptop to get slightly warm during charging. Please check that your environment is not too hot. Also, the charger provided is compliant with US voltage standards, please do not use another charger for charging without permission. If you have any problems, please contact the seller for support.

I would give this computer a negative 5 start for performance.After 2 months the computer crashed. After that it would not let my get into the system . Keep asking me for a password. I never setup a password. If my backup recovery disk didn't work..

Did not come ready to use. I had to buy a windows program to put on it. Still doesn't work great. By the time I was able to get everything it was too lat6to return it.

There is no product key that come with Laptop. the window is useless without it! No contact number that I call for help I will return it if I can't get help soon!
The computer charge light is turning on but, but the screen will not turn on. I have not used this computer much at all, as my college semester recently started. I have not dropped this computer or damaged the cord in any way, and I place it all back into the protective box that in arrived in when I am done with it.
