This laptop was defective from day one, constantly stuck in boot loops and eventually ending in a permanent Blue Screen of Death. Despite being within the 30-day window, the seller repeatedly denied my return requests.I eventually took it to a Lenovo-certified technician (Micro Center), who discovered the issue: the original RAM had been removed and replaced with faulty, third-party RAM. I had to spend an additional $600 on 64GB of RAM just to make the machine functional. The seller ignored all messages sent through official Amazon channels. This is deceptive at best and a scam at worst. Avoid at all costs.

Adquirí está laptop Lenovo, y lo recibí bien, sin duda una buena laptop, lo único malo es que no me vino el disco duró externo como se ve en la imagen pero eso es lo de menos, la laptop está increíble.
