There are several features that were in windows 10 that aren't in windows11 as far as personalization. keyboard keys are shifted around or have the wrong symbols

I’ve been really happy with this laptop. It’s light, but heavy enough you can tell it’s quality. The metal material is far more superior than plastic. The screen is nice, not like top notch quality but still really really good. I’m really glad I ended up picking this laptop over other ones, the quality and functionality are well worth the price. And as far as laptops these days go, the price is pretty dang good. Very versatile laptop with high capabilities. Handles multiple tabs and programs open like a breeze. Would recommend to anyone, except maybe hardcore gamers (unless you’re hardcore gaming retro/smaller/simpler games). Would be great for students, professionals, hobbyists, and casual users. I mostly use mine for business, graphic design, and communication.And it came with a carrying case!!! I wasn’t expecting that and was a very pleasant surprise.

The keyboard is mislabeled. The @ on the number 2 key shows " and the # on the number 3 shows a weird looking E. When I press the caps on the number 2 it does type @ as well as number 3 on caps shows the #. I also don't know what other keys are mislabeled.

I recently purchased this computer, and the computer itself works perfectly fine.However, the external hard drive and or the included cable do not seem to function properly.When I connect the external drive, it connects briefly and then disconnects or powers off shortly after. This happens repeatedly, so it is difficult to determine whether the issue is with the cable or the external hard drive itself.I do not need to return the computer, as it is not the problem.If it is possible to replace only the cable or the external hard drive, I would really appreciate it. Once this issue is resolved, I am happy to update my review accordingly
