I was nervous buying a PC from amazon, I have always owned Lenovo's, but always purchased directly. My last laptop, a Legion, lasted me 7 years before it was no longer able to update and handle my business workload. This new A100 quick out of the box took about 4 hours of updates, and is already moving faster with my day to day. Be sure to turn off the "quickstart" option when rebooting. It causes an error that to non techies is scary looking. (No operation system found). Screen is large, clear and bright. I added my own wireless mouse and keyboard. I am quite pleased with the price point for the 2 TB SSD. I no longer game so didn't need those specs. But it is definitely faster than my old model.

Compre este modelo específicamente porque me gustan los monitores táctiles,la velocidad del procesador core i7 de doceava generación es muy buena aún con solo 8 GB de ram.El equipo es pesado se siente muy robusto y de buena calidad.

The computer itself is nice. The HUGE disappointment and the main reason I purchased this pc is for the LIFETIME MISCROSOFT OFFICE. To Be Clear - it is there, it is just some type of web version that I cannot still figure out how to use other than save the link every time as a favorite and access it that way. The on-line version also does NOT allow me to save or share the work which makes it totally useless for me. I have been going back and forth with the manufacturer on my opinions and to have a better description prior to purchase. It is already set-up, took over an hour, so it is just a pain to send it back or I would.

Don’t buy. Unable to locate the camera. Couldn’t register product to get support from Lenovo as the computer had a Nigerian serial number although bought in the US. Appears to be a Refurbished Nigerian product being sold as new by a US company. It had only 7 months warranty - clearly a used product. Returned.

Great buy!! What a fast and easy to use desktop. I transferred files from my laptop in a matter of few minutes!!! The quality is superb. Highly recommend this one!!!
