There was a delay in delivery due to weather. The computer was well packaged. The unit looked brand new and was exactly as the seller described. Upon start-up, it functioned without any problem. I've had it now for 2 weeks and I'm very satisfied with the computer. I had a technical question about it and called the STG customer support number and left a message. They returned the call the next day and were very helpful and emailed the information I requested within 10 minutes after the call. I was very impressed and pleased with the quick and courteous response by the seller. I would certainly buy from them again and highly recommend them.
