This UPS has already saved my systems. My battery is quite large, and it kept all of my systems running for several minutes, enough time to shut everything down, and the UPS was still only at 80%.

This UPS has already saved my systems. My battery is quite large, and it kept all of my systems running for several minutes, enough time to shut everything down, and the UPS was still only at 80%.

Product works but was guaranteed that it was in excellent condition. When the front control panel and all the buttons are all scratched up it hardly does resemble a unit in excellent condition.The only way for this to happen was someone took off the front bezel on the APC, it then was drag against something to scratch the LCD buttons and LCD display panel itself. There is no other way to cause this kind of damage.The back of the UPS too was bent in around the power cord, on the battery hook up connector, the wires insulation on the actual cables was distressed and damage was evident to the cables insulation. Not sure how this happened but this was the case.,Per Amazon, which this unit was not in excellent conditionThe product is refurbished, fully functional, and in excellent condition. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee.- This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors.- This product is in "Excellent condition". The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.Terrible customer service and they don't care about anything that affects your orders shipping time to you. UPS is never on time what is advertised on their websites shipping time maps.
