Good little kit that I added to my laptop bag for when I travel. Gives me 10 key operation when I need it (I have to grade so a ten key comes in handy). Overall the kit is not bad. The keypad has a good feel and weight to it and looks pretty smart, it does not, however, have a power switch so means that the battery gets used when not in use (I assume it goes to sleep but being in a bag a key is going to get pressed so I just remove the battery.The mouse on the other hand feels a little light. The weight does not detract from the use of it though. I have no problems with it. It has a power switch and is also home to the sub dongle.Only negative I have is honestly Not the kits fault as the dongle comes as USB-A and my laptop only has USB-C ports. To use it I have to make sure I carry a converter cable to use it (learned that the hard way my first trip with them. With windows 11 was pretty much plug and use so that was also a plus.

I bought this for a Chromebook. It truly was plug-n-play. It worked right out of the box. However, there are a few oddities that I'm not sure if it is bad enough for me to return it. 1) Compatibility: on some forms, the keypad only registers the first digit, but not consecutive digits. Typing the numbers on the keyboard on my chromebook works fine. 2) When the mouse goes to sleep, I can't seem to wake it up with movement. I flip the on/off switch on the mouse, and then it tracks nicely. I love the feel. I like everything about it, however, those 2 items are making me wonder if another alternative would so just as well.

This is an excellent wireless USB keypad and mouse combination for a laptop, such as my Dell XPS13 laptop. My Dell XPS laptop didn't come with either one of these. They are nice additions. They make entering data into a program money management program (like Quicken) a breeze. Although this combination setup is plug and play, it is also BYOB (bring your own batteries... one aa and one aaa). First of all, I'll go over the keypad. The keypad is really slim. With the 2 silicone "feet" or pads, it is 5/8ths of an inch tall. That is a great height for carrying around in a laptop bag. The chiclet keys feel like they have more travel than my actual laptop keys even. I like that! I also I like the responsiveness of the keys as well. There doesn't seem to be any noticeable lag. Looking at the picture of the keypad, one might assume that the symbol at the top, a rectangle with a slash through it, is a digit, as though the keypad has a display. The keypad doesn't have a display. That symbol is the battery indicator. The battery indicator will flash for 10 minutes after last use, which I timed. At that time, the keypad will go to sleep. There is no "off/on" switch. Next thing... The keyboard battery compartment. When the keypad battery compartment is opened, one will see a blank space for a USB receiver, but no receiver. No reason to be alarmed though! This USB receiver is in the battery compartment of the mouse. Whew! Ok, on the mouse. The mouse seems pretty sturdy and solid. Although, I haven't dropped it yet to test it. It doesn't feel like mouse pieces would fly all over the place, if it were dropped. The mouse is kind of big for a laptop. It's more like a desktop mouse size. It's about 4&1/8th inches long, just over 2&1/4th inches wide, and 1&3/8th inches tall. So, this size means it's not as easy to hide in a laptop bag as a "pebble mouse." All of the buttons and the scroll wheel are very responsive, with no noticeable lag. The forward & back buttons are ergonomically placed. I find these two buttons (forward/back) to be easily reached by my thumb. Yet, they haven't been placed in such a way that they seem to get in the way, or can easily be pressed by mistake. There is an off/on switch on the mouse. When the mouse goes to sleep, this switch needs to be turned "off," then back to "on," to wake it.

I primarily got this as a USB hub to add some expansion ports to the front of my PC. I figured might as well put a number pad on there should I ever really need to use it. I have not had to use the number pad more than a few times but for when I did use it it worked great. The keys on it feels like the thin wireless keyboards you get that are intended to be used a lot for putting in a laptop bag and taking with you as they are very thin. I would say that the cable could be a little longer especially if you are planning on using this on a PC as it will have to be pretty close to your PC if you're using it for the number pad. It is nice that it comes with a little adapter so you can use a USBC or the USB-A connection but all in all I am very happy with this keypad for my interviewed use. It is great for quickly swapping USB drives or my SD card readers in and out of my PC without wearing down my PC ports.

Not what I was looking for. A bit disappointed. The mouse does work well though. Does not allow you to multiply or divide. Not a wireless calculator.
