I purchased this tablet for my grand daughter in August. As of a few weeks ago it will not charge. I have contacted the company as the warranty documentation told me to do so. The documentation indicated they would contact me within 24 hours. I have sent three emails all of which have not been responded to.I have tried soft and factory reboots with no luck, new cables/ plugs and different electrical sockets.

I bought this after my ipad stopped being able to update. It gets the job done but I have 2 complaints: the stylus doesn't work very well and it takes a bit of time to load to when you turn it on. I am used to the sensitive ipad stylus, which works with just a tap or light touch. I feel like I'm pressing hardrr to get this to work, if it does as all. I gave up and just use my finger, but I need to write when I'm using it as an online classroom.Overall it's a good value for the price though
