This is great. I do not have to worry about lost keys anymore. Kids can use it to get in & out and when my son forgets to lock the door, I can lock it from my phone while at work or can set it to auto lock if I want. I originally started with just the ZWave lock alone and used it with Samsung Smart Things hub, but because Samsung constantly "polls" the items you have connected it would kill the batteries quickly. I then replaced my z wave hub with the camera hub from Delaney, the combo pack offered, and have had no issues whatsoever since then and it has been several months. I have smoke alarms, lights, and plugs hooked to it that I can control from my phone and can also control via Alexa. Life is easy and my husband says the house is getting smarter than him. LOL

I have had this lock since it was originally offered. It has been a workhorse. My kids use this to get in and out without any problem. The sleek design and the color matches the handle I have on my door. I am a pretty handy person and was able to put this in in about 15 minutes. Programming was easy to understand and the doing it was simple enough. My wife is happy now that my kids have a way in without having to keep up with a key.

My family is loving this smartlock! Convenient never having to use a key! We are able to unlock the door for one-time usage or if we forgot to give family a key. It makes life so much easier for us.

Where to begin. There is a lot going wrong with this lock. First there is alot of plastics on the inside. Plastics gears that lock and unlock the bolt. It's clunky and loud. Sometimes the thumb turn gets stuck and hard to turn. The batteries are dying every couple of months. And for the final nail in the coffin. The touch screen is the worst! You can only see the numbers at night!Sorry delaney but your selling a bad product!

This thing has a very low-quality application and apparently, you need their proprietary hub to connect it to Alexa, you can't do it with Wink or a standard Z-wave hub. Skip this and get one from one of the real lock companies.
