En realidad, si requiere de instalación profesional para que no se noten todos los cables por fuera de tus paredes. Pero de ahí en fuera ya instaladas las cámaras podrás obtener una imagen nítida y de buen alcance. Además de que si gustas retroceder el tiempo, no te perderás de ningún detalle. La bocina destaca todos los ruidos que uno no se da ni cuenta. En lo personal me gustó y sí te lo puedo recomendar para una excelente vigilancia de tu hogar.

Installation was straightforward. Product works great. Had a couple of configuration questions and the Chat function was good and Tech support was great. I opened a ticket and Tech support called me back at the time they said they would. The technician, Jack, was very knowledgeable and corrected my configuration issues. I would buy the product again and would recommend it.

Follow up, Support reached out several times to get the unit right. Seems the unit was faulty and they upgraded the nvr at NO additional cost and helped me get the new unit up and running. Unit is online over a week now and I am very pleased with unit and support provided by Jamie at GW.had a prior unit lasted 8 years, this one was suppose to be usb 3.0 is not. had tech support add two old cameras, and three days later cant see them on the primary pc, had seven item i needed addressed and none were resolved, chose to see if I could live with it. Now the unit is alarming 5-6 times per day and there is no reference in the log file. will call tech support one last time and if cant resolve i will return the unit.

This is the second GW NVR and Camera system I have bought. I am not happy with it. It lasted a year and a half. Not worth the money. The cameras are still working but the NVR is a goner. The first time it was under warranty and they sent me a new one for free. It didn't last all that long either. I give up!

Camera has been working with no problem, I recently deleted the camera from my app by mistake, I called in to get help with restoring the camera, the technician Jose Hernandez help me with this issue, he was excellent, very helpful and courteous.

The "Upgraded" NVR promised a new mobile app after BCS discontinued support for my old mobile app. The new "GW View" for Apple devices (I have Iphone 14 and latest Ipad pro) is terrible! It sits for several minutes decoding the images and more than 50% of the time fails to decode at least 1 of the 8 cameras and requires rebooting the app. Also, every time I switch to any of the IPC's individually it needs to decode all over again when returning to multi screen display. The AI "feature" is a joke! The Alarms constantly go off for false positives and no adjustments seem to help! The built in POE switch is under powered for supporting 8 cameras. Yes, I have contacted Tech support and they are very friendly but after several hours of support there was nothing offered for resolution. In the end, I was told that "Purchasing a newer model was required and I just purchased this unit two weeks ago. (This model was promoted online as a "latest greatest" and it is FAR from that)". I have purchased two other NVR unit "Upgrades" so I am not a first time GW customer and I am a computer Analyst so I have a bit of experience and can say that this unit is very hyped and does not deliver what it claims.
