I use this to reboot soundbar tv and roku when it gets buggy. Usually the soundbar doesn't respond. Since the power for these 3 items are hidden, it is easier to reboot from the app which seems to clear the problem. Easy to set up in app and then establish in Google home. Wonderfull product

Working like it should I use it in my entertainment stand to turn on lights and fans in the cabinetI’ve have other plugs single plugs of this brand so not to have so many smart apps I got this because the app is user friendly, easy to set up & it was easy to connect to my Alexa and works well with it and the other plugs worked so well I figure why not try this and Wala it works like it should I think it’s a tad expensive tbh but again you pay for what you get and this is good quality and it works well with a good user-friendly app so worth it I guess so but still wish it was cheaperI wish the cord was longer though and it was a flat head plug but it’s still a good power strip all in all

Love these! Have several. Easy & fast to set up. Phone app is easy to set up & control remotely. Adapts to Alexa easy as well. Can be set up on a schedule. Lasts for years. Only negative is - occasionally after a long power outage it may require a re-connection, but thankfully it’s easy.

After adding this to the Tapo app i was able to link the account to Home Assistant. Each of the 3 outlets can be used independently in HA. Its also very quick and responsive in HA.The strip was bigger than i was expecting. This is not really an issue, it was just unexpected. On the plus side, with the larger size the outlets are spread apart which allows larger plugs to fit next to each other.I am using this outside in a waterproof box to control our holiday inflatables. With the larger size of the strip I did need to get a larger box to fit the strip. Again, not an issue, just something to be mindful of. Even with the strip outside in a box it has been reliable and has had no connectivity issues.

I love all variants of these TP-Link/Kasa Smart power strips (also a fan of their in-wall outlets, but those have more drawbacks than these power strips). The strips allow for independent control and provide power consumption data for each independent port. Like all these Kasa devices, they're easy to integrate with on your local network using an open-source Python library that gets all the data they collect and allows you to control them from your code. The only things I wish these had are power consumption readings from the USB ports and some USB-C ports.

Great Value Smart Power Strip

A few months ago, I bought the Kasa HS103P4 in person with a very good discount, and it turned out to be an excellent purchase with a smooth and reliable user experience. Recently, I added two Kasa Smart Plug Power Strips (KP303) and also a 4-pack of KL125P4 smart bulbs to my setup, and they have all performed very well so far.The KP303 is easy and quick to set up, and it works smoothly right out of the box. The installation process is straightforward, the Kasa app is user-friendly, and controlling the individual outlets is simple and reliable for everyday use.If you use an iPhone, the power strip can also be controlled with Siri. By creating a simple Shortcut, you can easily turn the outlets on or off using voice commands, which adds extra convenience to the overall experience.Overall, considering its very reasonable price, the KP303 offers great value. The only drawbacks are the lack of a USB Type-C port and the fact that the USB outputs cannot be controlled independently. It would be much better if the USB ports were also smart and individually controllable, just like the AC outlets.

I have multiple of these. They work great. I mainly use them for scheduling and auto shutting off things like TVs and lights.The setup is super easy in there app. And the scheduling and timer are also very easy to set. You can also rename all the plugs and the area and "Home/location" very easily to organize if you have multiple outlets. There is also a favorites section that you can stick your most used plugs into to make it easier to find if you have a lot of plugs.The price is a little more than normal power strips with surge protection. But to get the smart features it's more than worth it and I think a good value. It's also Alexa and Google Home compatible.I recommend getting the strip versus the individual plugs because it's more economical and always better to have more outlets than less.
