We secured the bottoms of this to the bottom of the bed - so I know it won't lift up. We trust it'll keep our little ones in their bunk.The buttons on the hinges are maybe a bit difficult to engage to get it all folded down. Otherwise, it's good.

I’ve been co-sleeping with my toddler and was always worried about him rolling off the bed. This bed rail has given me so much peace of mind. It’s firm, strong, and very secure, with no wobbling at all. Even with an active toddler, it stays in place and feels reliable.The mesh makes it easy to see him, and the height is perfect for safety during the night. I sleep better knowing he’s protected. This was very easy to assemble. The soft cushion tube did not line up with the buttons to properly cover it but it does not affect the use of the rail. It will still slide into the cover just fine. It also was an inch short. Due to those reason I took off one star but other than that once it’s up and put in it’s pretty much put in place. I didn’t even anchor it down or anything. This is supposed to be a 43 inch and it’s on my Cali king bed. We’ll be using this for our midday naps lol. And the rail folds down smoothly.
