Why did you pick this product vs others?:Our brains are wired to wake up to the sun rising (blue light), so any even artificial light where we're sleeping will cause a corresponding drop in melatonin production and interfere with our ability to get good restorative sleep. (You feel like you're sleeping right on the surface and are still tired when you wake up.)But red light contains no blue light, and does not cause this effect. Amber lights are good too, but to a lesser extent. But red light is the best for this. And I can attest that these nightlights are giving off a true red light. My eyes would know.Speaking of, if you have any sensitivity to light like I do, red light does not change your vision so it does not cause your muscles to contract or expand. So, no sensitivity or pain. This is why if you've ever gone out to view the stars with a group at an "uninterrupted night-sky event," you'll see them using red lights. Even a momentary flash of anything containing blue light (like an accidental headlight flash, oops) causes us to lose our full night vision for like half an hour.So, red light lets us see in the dark, without changing our vision. It's kind of magic. And I've had several of these in use for the past couple years and they've been great. (They only come on when the room's dark.) I use them in the cats' room too since it's a myth that cats have perfect sight in the dark. Their night vision is just better than ours, but they have things to do in there in the dark, ahem, and this makes sure they can see fine without keeping them awake. Cats need their sleep! And so do we. PS: These nightlights are also fully adjustable, and I think they are a nice design and an elevated look from most others. Why not have some classy nightlights in our homes…? Might as well.

I absolutely love these! My house is small and sometimes I just want a little bit of light in certain areas, especially at night. I love how these automatically turn on and off when it gets lighter/darker. It’s sets the mood and looks very elegant and modern which is exactly what I wanted. It also has an option to switch how bright you want the light to be! Definitely worth the purchase, is super lightweight and easy to plug in. We’ve had it for a few months and they are working great!

I have had this product for almost a year, I like it, but the light sensor is non-existent and doesn't work. The slider also is kind of fussy, its either on or off and just a bit of adjustment in the middle. I give these a 7.5 out of 10 for the slider and the light sensor. I do have to say on the good side they stay on almost all day on a very low setting, but I have not seen an increase in my electric bill so that is nice. I also like the design as they look like the light in a movie theatre.

Doesn’t work at all. Tried many different outlets and it’s not turning on, so I sent it back to Amazon.

Love these night lights. Have them all over my house and they really do work great! They put off quite a bit of light. I’ve had them for a while now and they are still going strong. Excellent quality. Plus they are a great design. Very chic looking. And I love that they don’t take up an entire outlet. I can Still plug one other thing in with this being the top one. Excellent purchase and very affordable. Looks expensive but isn’t. To me that’s a win!
