I have previously reviewed the CAROTE 18 piece ceramic cookware set. This 15 piece set is nearly identical. It's also a bit cheaper. I rated that set 5 stars and highly recommend it, and this set also merits 5 stars. I'd recommend looking at all of the CAROTE offerings to determine the color and accessories you're looking for.The set includes 15 pieces, but 6 of them are really just accessories. 2 utensils, and 4 pan protectors. Nice to haves, the cookware set is what makes or breaks this offering.You get a variety of sizes: 8" & 10" fry pans, a 10" 4 quart sauté pan, and 2 & 3 quart sauce pans. You also get an 8" and 10" lids and two detachable handles. The main difference from my other set is that one has an 11" 4.5 quart sauté pan with corresponding lid. They're functional, and durable.The set is PFAS, PFOA, PFOS free, which is very important to us. In fact, that's why we've been replacing some of our older cookware. They're made from aluminum and ceramic coated. These are medium weight as compared to some of our cheaper and higher end cookware we own.These passed our cooking tests with flying colors. They're flat, heated quickly, browned the food nicely, and released easily without sticking. No issues with burning. They're also oven safe.We like the handles and lids, especially the handles. I really like the snap on/off design, which saves space in the cupboard.Cleanup was simple, although they're not dishwasher safe.These CAROTE pans hit the sweet spot for me, excellent performance at a very reasonable price, making them a great value for your money. I highly recommend them.

This is a great starter set for someone with limited space. They're not too heavy for RV cabinets like our cast aluminum or iron pans would've been. Plus I've found them very easy to clean even with limited water. The attached picture shows how much gunk could be removed just with the sink sprayer. I've noticed that these do get discolored after much use, so it's a good idea to rotate their use so they at least keep matching. It's nice that the removable handles let these be used in the oven, even though I don't use the oven personally. They also let these pans take up less space while being used on the tiny RV stove. Best of all, they heat up fast and evenly on my induction hotplate if we want to use these on it instead. That or the electric stove would also have kept these cleaner-looking than the gas stove. Oh well, they still look nice, work great, and conserve both space and water for cleaning. I'd consider them a good value even if I didn't really like the color. And of course the lack of PFOAs like in Teflon, which isn't nearly as scratch resistant as these pans' ceramic lining.

I really like this set. It’s lightweight and looks gorgeous. The removable handles are nifty and make for convenient storage. I use the 8” pan regularly and way more than the other pans. And maybe because of the frequency with which I use this pan, it only took a week of use before the blue outer finish started to change color. I think the one piece missing in this set is a flat pan (for flat breads, pancakes or crepes) I would not recommend dishwashing as it would reduce the life of the ceramic coating.
