I was really surprised how much I liked this cereal, especially the chocolate flavor—it’s like a healthier version of Cocoa Puffs but with actual nutritional value. Super crunchy, not overly sweet, and keeps me full thanks to the high protein and fiber. I’ve even been snacking on it dry throughout the day. The peanut butter flavor is solid too, but the chocolate wins for me. Definitely a great option for anyone trying to make breakfast (or snacks) a bit healthier without sacrificing flavor.

This is a pretty decent variety pack. Although it is certainly a bit on the pricey side and the issue with that, is that okay? Sure, it has a nice amount of protein and fiber. I am being honest. Dark chocolate crunch tasted a bit still for just off like it wasn't that good. But I did like the peanut butter crunch one which you only get one box for. Feel like perhaps if I would have got into peanut butter crunches instead. I would have been more happy with it. All in all it isn't bad as Kashi is a good cereal brand.

Hands down the chocolate crunch from Kashi is the clear winner of the 2 flavors. Ok maybe it is just my taste buds as my daughter would argue that the peanut butter crunch is the obvious choice. Either way you cannot go wrong with these cereal choices from Kashi. In the past year I started taking a weight loss medication that works best when balanced with a strong protein diet and both of the cereals are helping fill the void from pastries and other bad start of the day breakfast choices. The 10g of protein helps keep me full until dinner time without wanting any kind of snack through the day. Overall, I think this is a good choice from Kashi and you won't be disappointed.
