Its below freezing here and in most of my state, there is no way it could have melted here or near here, either it melted in storage or immediately after, I can't tell you the feeling of despair accompanied with gifting something to a loved one and watching their face light up and being so thankful to see it suddenly become sad with a giggle they say "I'm sure it'll taste just fine" when they see a sea of COMPLETELY MELTED MIXED UP RUINED CHOCOLATES. I picked truffles as they are more elegant, they look nice, taste great, and a lot of love and care go into making them, which shows both in cost and when people enjoy them... This is unacceptable and I'll never get that moment back.Yes I want a replacement, but more than that I want this to never happen to anyone ever again! On her birthday, the one person I cherish most, this beautiful gift, the packaging shows such quality, the card with a pressed flower, brilliant addition, only to open it and find this? How disappointing! :(Had these been as they were supposed to be it would easily earn a 5 star rating.

I gave these chocolates to my wife for her 74th birthday. She was thrilled. The candies themselves make a beautiful presentation. She is throughly enjoying every piece of candy. She is happy and that makes me happy. The candies are absolutely delicious. Will definitely buy more. I would recommend these candies as a gift for anyone. You cannot go wrong!

These are better than I thought they would be from the pictures. The shipping bounced them around a little but they still look good: they are generally round so a few of them flipped themselves upside down but no damage. Each flavor is noticeably different.
