These canned diced green chilies are a must-have in my kitchen! They add a nice, subtle heat and a boost of flavor to tacos, soups, casseroles, and eggs. The texture is great—soft but not mushy—and they blend easily into recipes. I like that they come pre-diced, which saves prep time. The Hatch mild diced green chilies are my favorite brand of diced green chillies! I use them in eggs dishes, soups, casseroles, etc. The quality is always consistent, unlike some other brands. I have completely switched the the Hatch brand!
