I bought the variety pack to try. All three flavors are good. They’re quick and easy to heat. The portions size is good too. I ate it as one serving, but you could always share it or save it for later.

Thought it might be nice to have pantry stable veggies. However, they have a noticeable sourness due to the lactic acid used as preservative. This is probably necessary to avoid heating/cooking as is done with canned vegetables. They are much crispier than canned vegetables.The sourness might be fine in some dishes or to some tastes.

I loved another brand of riced cauliflower, but decided to try this one and love it even more! It is a great substitute for regular rice, a good way to add something nutritional to so many things, is easy to store since it takes up a lot less room than does the frozen product or fresh, there is no mess as would be if using a fresh head of cauliflower, can be added to a recipe at the last minute - in other words, it is just wonderfully convenient.
