I really didn't expect much for this price, but it has helped a lot with shoulder and back tension & pain. I do wish there was more customization though. You basically only have two speeds - slow and not slow - and two heat levels: on or not on. Plus it turns off automatically after 15 or so minutes and while it is on it periodically reverses speed, which is less than ideal. But yeah, it serves its function well and even seems to be well-built (though only time will tell how long it actually lasts). At under $40, I definitely recommend trying it.**Edit: So far it's survived 6 months of regular use, and is still going strong 👍. I think I might get one for my mom.

Had a terrible fall in my youth which has resulted in frequent back pain and discomfort, so I decided to get this massager and I am not disappointed.It is quite portable and easy to use. Hassle-free connection at home, work and in the car. I usually use it for 15 minute intervals. There are three speed setting- for a deeper massage I use the slowest setting. It automatically oscillates between clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation which I like because I do not have to press the button each time. It also has red light which is supposed to be great for skin and pain relief. The only issue is I feel that I should be using it with my shirt off for maximum red light benefits however I am afraid doing so will eventually dirty the fabric on the massager which I won't be able to wash.Overall: Great massager which is very relaxing to use and helps with pain relief.

Good product for stiff neck issues. Both clockwise and anti-clockwise motions really massage the neck well. Works in the car too. Highly recommend!!

The product itself works great!I've been having issues with a tight trap muscle and I cannot get enough pressure myself to relieve it. Found this device with great reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot.Not only does it work well on the neck, but I put it behind my knees/thighs and it seems to help with my restless leg syndrome at night. Plus I can lay it against my lower torso when experiencing abdominal issues.Features include speed settings as well as multi-directional massage. Plus you can turn the heat off if need be.It also shuts itself off after 15 minutes. Wait until it cools down and you can work on another area!

Es un aparato muy sencillo de manejar, con tres velocidades, cambio de sentido del masaje, luz infrarroja con activación opcional para generar calor local y apagado automático a los 15 minutos para prevenir el sobrecalentamiento. Lo llevo usando varios días para ayudarme a mejorar la movilidad en un hombro lesionado y he notado bastante mejoría. Es muy cómodo. Dispone de cable de alimentación para usarlo en el coche y un adaptador de corriente para usarlo en casa.

This product worked great for several months. It helped relieve the tension & knots in my muscles. After 7 months, it stopped functioning properly. I contacted the manufacturer about the problem & they sent me a new one. I really appreciate their communication & satisfactory service. I couldn’t be without this product because it really breaks up the tension n my neck & shoulders.
