I’m really happy with this red light therapy panel so far. It arrived well packaged and feels sturdy and well-made right out of the box. Setup was super easy, just plug it in, choose your brightness level and timer, and you’re good to go.I like that it comes with adjustable brightness levels and timer options, so I can customize each session depending on what I’m using it for. The stand is sturdy and makes it easy to position for both face and body use. The goggles were also a nice touch for eye protection.The panel gives off a strong, even light and feels high quality. I’ve only been using it for a short time, but it already feels like a relaxing addition to my self-care routine.
