I have an upcoming surgery and these boots have already been really helpful. I got a size M and it fits me well, and it also fits my husband, which is nice. I usually just use the auto setting so I don’t have to mess with adjusting anything. I just put them on and relax.I like that they come with a little bag, makes them easy to store or take with you. The fabric feels sturdy and good quality, not cheap. The manual is easy to understand and setup was simple. Overall, I’m really happy with them and glad I got them.

When opening the box the first you'll see is the sturdy bag used to hold all the components. Open the bag and you'll see the full size instruction sheet, although the controller is very easy to figure out. I had to look on the instructions to see what the "M" button did, as I usually equate "M" with "memory". In this case it's use to switch modes (massage type and massage area). The diagram on the control shows you which options are selected. The controller also show time left and air pressure.Unfortunately this ran a little small for me so it wasn't as comfortable putting on as I think the next larger size would.The compression is very good and was surprisingly effective in getting blood circulating to cold feet! The full on compression was a little too much but again I think that would be handled with the next larger size would be.At ~7 pounds weight, having the bag to carry it all around in and store away is an excellent accessory. The remote itself is fairly hefty - the air tubes from the massagers plug into it, as well as the included power supply. You'll likely want to just set it up, start it, and put the controller down.

I have been using these compression boots several times a week after runs and tougher leg workouts, and they have become part of my regular recovery routine. Setup is simple and quick. I usually put them on in the evening while sitting on the couch and let them run while I unwind.The compression itself feels firm but very controlled. The pressure starts at the feet and gradually moves upward, which feels natural and never harsh. After a few sessions I settled on a medium setting that gives a deep squeeze without discomfort. It feels consistent throughout the cycle and does a good job of targeting calves, hamstrings, and quads.One thing I did not expect but really appreciate is the heat retention. I have been using this leg compression system regularly and it has really helped my legs feel more relaxed and less tired. The pressure feels smooth and even from my feet up to my thighs and never feels uncomfortable. I like having different modes and pressure levels so I can adjust it based on how my legs feel that day. Recovery feels quicker and my legs feel lighter after each session. The material feels durable and well made. Just make sure to check the size chart before buying because I did not and the medium is a bit long for me, but it still works well and I am comfortable using it.
