Terrible-lasted less than a year and I only used it about a dozen times! Wish I could get a refund! The charge doesn’t last long enough to provide real relief.

Actually, very good for the price. Holds a charge quite well and the three different settings for power and light choice are very nice. Definitely recommend it.

I have had this item for a few weeks now, and I use it every single day around my neck and shoulders. My only wish is that have a longer charging use. Right now, charge is good for about three uses. It is comfortable and has a sturdy front snap closure. I use it a couple times a day.

This is a collar that clips together around your neck, so you can do other activities while getting red light therapy to your neck.It is a rechargeable device, but it can do at least 5 sessions before you need recharge. This was something I was worried about, but the battery has a reasonable life.It has a fair number of settings but I mostly use the regular setting.It has a built in timer that goes for about 20 minutes.I really like this one. It's a quality item that does what it should.

Nice little cordless design for localized neck red light and infrared therapy. Gets decently warm. Good amount of luminance.Update: this little RLT infrared heating pad is FABULOUS. Beyond using around your neck, the cushion is very supportive so you can put it behind your upper traps, your lower back, hips, and the infrared power is quite strong and soothing. I use it when I wake up with a migraine and put it behind my upper back while drinking coffee- very helpful. Bring cordless is such a plus here.You could even bring this with you in the car for your lower back! It does turn off automatically after a certain period so be aware of that. Otherwise, extremely beneficial.For those worrying about the irradiance- depending on what you want to use red light there before, the irradiance needed for basic ATP support (blood sugar control,etc) is quite low (per Dr. Glen Jeffries), and I believe this device is adequate for that. What I am most impressed by, however, is the surprising power and heat that comes from the infrared side with this device.

I got this for my mom who has had neck pain for years. She was skeptical, not believing red lights could help her neck pain. After I convinced her to try it a couple of time, she didn't need any more prodding. She said that the heat makes her neck feel better and that it was really easy to use. She uses it on a daily basis. She reclines in her lounge chair with her red light around her neck. The auto-shutoff is a good feature! I use red light therapy myself and will definitely purchase one of these for myself if I get neck pain!
