I will preface this review by saying I workout all the time and have a pretty significant tolerance to caffeine and other ingredients of pre work out.The good, the price! For the ingredients you get, this is a decent pre workout. Not great, but for the money it is hard to beat. It doesn't seem to last a long time, but that could also be me and my tolerance as indicated above.Now the bad, the taste is terrible. To say sour apple is a joke, it tastes like sour trash. I am really disappointed in that too because this brand has a pina colada flavor that is probably one of the BEST flavors I have ever had in any pre workout. So if I have to give a recommendation, get any flavor but this one!

Over the years I have used a wide variety of pre-workouts from Gaspari, BSN, MuscleTech and so forth. This pre-workout during my few months of trying it seems very progressive with the intensity. I generally sip my pre-workout throughout the session, filling my cup with more water to obviously dilute but this one does not affect my stomach. Where some would obliterate your insides, this one does not, it has a decent taste, I have the blueberry right now, with interest in the apple flavor but I won't knock this pre-workout at all.It keeps me engaged with my lifting, I can feel when it hits and that energy. I do not have any post pre-workout crashes like with some in the past; I stick with one scoop as it does contain 350mg of caffeine per scoop, which is a nice as some of the less expensive products have less caffeine. I like it have 30 servings as well.I am not familiar with the brand just yet, but so far, very pleased with how it delivers what pre-workouts deliver. I encourage if anything try it, see how it affects you and your workouts, I like how it treats me and have no complaints, until of course it becomes super popular, and the price goes up..lol.
