I have tried a lot of brands of prostrate products, even prescription meds. THIS one works! I am able to sleep through the entire night without getting up. I have not been able to do this in over 15 years. I was getting up 2 times a night. :-( but not anymore. Yes it is expensive as hell, but it works. We'll worth the sleep I now get.

When it comes to supplements my general opinion is simply that some have eficacy and most do not. I am open minded and generally do a fair amount of research before buying. I began having significant problems with urination which at my age I assmed to be prostate related. I took notice of a product widely advertised to address this condition, but upon doing a little reserach I found problems with that particular problem and in teh process came across this one. After taking it for about 2 weeks the result were nothing short of amazing and I am completely back to normal.
