The media could not be loaded. This was my first time buying a Montana West bag. I was looking for a good quality bag at an affordable price. I ordered three bags from three different makers and this one is the one I chose to keep. The quality of the material is outstanding for not being real leather. It is soft. Feels adorable flexible and feels comfortable when you have it resting on your shoulder. The hardware is also very nice. The reasons why I gave it four stars instead of five: the straps. There are two straps on this post and you cannot remove either. The adjustable strap is a belt adjusted and and it only goes so short. Being 5 foot two, even on the shortest length it was too long also being a buckle strap, your left with this awkward piece just flopping around. I will be cutting off that second strap and ordering a detachable strap by Montana West. They have many pretty ones. Next the inner pocket is not shown down to the base of the purse so when you put things on one side of the purse, they are free to roam around in the purse wherever. And finally, the stitching at the bottom of the purse. It’s not perfect. To be honest this it isn’t really a big deal to me, but I understand to some more particular buyers it might be so I wanted to point it out. For $45 this is an awesome deal. Honestly, you can’t beat it. I’ve gotten many compliments on it. I really like it.

This is the perfect purse... for someone. However, I had to return it because it's too big for me. The 11"x10" dimensions were fine, but that 5" width was just too bulky for a shoulder bag on my short frame, which needs no extra bulk.I hated to return it, though, because it checks everything on my list and then some:It looks like the real thing, but it's faux leather, so it's very lightweight.Unlike many bucket bags (which are just that - empty buckets), it has storage compartments galore, including that crucial zipped center divider, as well as an outside pocket big enough for my gigantic phone.It also has something I've never seen before - instead of non-removable rings at either side on which to attach the different straps, it has spring rings that open like a carabiner. So the straps can hook directly to the rings with no additional hardware. It's a much nicer look IMO, less bling and maybe even less weight.So even though it wasn't quite right for me, this is a five-star purse in every way.

Cute bag, has two straps. I wish the crossbody strap was removable. Love the gold hardware with the black. Has one outside pocket, too small for my cell phone, perfect for a grocery list or a few dollar bills. Inside had a zipper closure and snap closure. Nice size, not too big. Price was fair.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a nice purse, “seems” sturdy. The sticky part is coming off which I guess holds the logo from inside and when you reach into the purse your fingers get sticky or items get stuck to it. Not cool.
