I attempted to use these wheel spacers to widen the stance of my Ryobi RM480EX ride-on lawn mower. My objective was to install larger/grippier tires in the rear without them rubbing against the brake system. Though the installation was easy, and everything came together nicely, they simply weren't thick enough for my application and still rubbed the brake cable. I had to purchase wider spacers/adapters to make it all work.
