Chose the size for my chest and shoulders, which resulted in very over length arms and seems slightly short in the back.One elbow pad strap broke while trying it on the first time.The whole thing needs some tailoring to be secure, but should do. Plating feels firm, but padding is light. Definitely breathable mesh.Won't know for sure until it goes through an impact.

Very adjustable for many sizes. All one piece, easy to put on and take off. Very breathable. Offers some decent trail protection, however, I would not use this for on road.

I use it when riding my scooter. It is not something that would protect you at higher speeds so I would recommend it for scooters and skating. It is sturdy. Keep in kind that is a mesh material so it is breathable but due to that same reason it won’t protect the parts of your body not protected by the hard pads and braces. Easy to put on and doesn’t interfere with your riding experience or movement.
