I already had bought these cams separately about a year and a half ago. Love the cameras they do exactly what I wanted. So I got this package deal because I wanted to change my 2 generic cams. I’m waiting for my member plan expires before renewing and add the two new ones. Highly recommend these cameras. The ones I have indoors I use when I’m away from home to watch my pets and when my apartment complex does it 6 months check of the alarms. The one outside is to watch my packages get delivered.

Love the system. Can see what the kids are doing while I am at work or working in the yard. I have 6 inside the house and 1 in the garage (Not kids the cameras). I like being able to see who left the milk out or or made a mess. Not me has never been spotted since I put them in. Now I can make the guilty party clean it up. I suggest buying one or two (cameras not kids)to make sure it a good fit for you and your family.

This security camera is useless unless you subscribe to the premium feature at over $100 annually. The standard service has no recording available. So if you have a motion detected you have no way to go back and see what the motion was. In my opinion this is the most basic necessary feature of a security camera. No one sits and watches a security camera live to see the motion. Canary removed this most basic and necessary feature that was originally advertised as free. They try to trick you into buying the camera with a free one year subscription to the premium service. This most basic recoding feature is free on competitors systems (although Canary falsely claims it is not). My suggestion is to buy an Arlo camera or other. I have 5 Canary cameras I’m throwing out.

I already had a canary all in one... And decided to get the flex. It's really a dope product. I don't regret it at all. Easy to setup and does exactly what it says it does. People with these bad review have to either be user error or just received a deceptive camera but you know things happen. I'm very satisfied with mine and I will continue to expand my security system with canary.

I like that it is easy to set up and the video is good. I don’t like that I can’t see all my Canary cameras on a screen at the same time. I have 4 cameras and I have to look at each one separately.

Great product. Customer relation is very helpful as well. I own multiple and like the all in one that informs you of the temperature and air quality the location you placed it.

I'm pleased with the camera and the app, however, my purchase came with a one year activation code. I activated the code and it began recording beyond 24 hours. After a few weeks it just stopped and said I needed to Activate Membership. I didn't keep the code. The card with the code didn't say you needed to save it. I contacted Canary help and they tried to say I had to call Amazon since I purchased from Amazon. This was utterly ridiculous since the activation code was in the box from Canary. It took CONSIDERABLE debate to get Canary to fix this. Canary needs to write on the activation card that this is your code/key for any future problems. I just lost what data was recorded. I don't know why and they couldn't explain it. Canary Help is only by email/text. The used to have a phone option as well. It was very good. I understand the documentation needs from using chat or email but the help quality isn't nearly as good now. It is also very confusing on their site on opening a ticket for a problem. You have to jump through a lot of hoops.
