radio works great and was an easy color to color match wiring setup, i recommend ordering a standard aftermarket wiring harness to make things 100 times easier, sound quality is great and allows for easy tuning to audio, instructions were easy to understand

Receive new radio. Completed full install into the car and the unit wouldn’t power on. Trouble shot for completely. Checked power from car, redid entire harness and checked connections with a multimeter. Unit must be defective. Boxed back up and returned. Received message return was received but credit was delayed. Oct 10 returned Nov 14 still no credit. Supplier is running a scam holding my credit on a simple defective unit return. Highly disappointed that I wasted 9 or 10 hours of my life installing them uninstalling plus troubleshooting and I can’t even use my credit to buy a replacement for the defective one because the seller is dragging their feet processing.

I bought this system for my brother for his birthday to replace an old single DIN radio that wasn't working anymore, and a side objective was to get him the features voice to text and hands-free dialing and calls in his car. it was an easy installation, it's a first class high quality radio. he is very happy and so am I with the gift and purchase. now I'm thinking about getting one for MY truck!

It goes haywire when using prolonged, heat from sun..Sometimes the screen while playing CarPlay screen goesTo radio screen but continue to play have to keep returning manually to CarPlay screenI got warranty an been less than 30 days no I have to pay audio place for labor to remove and reinstall..I hope next works..When this works it’s nice whenever it feels like

It is an excellent car play radio. Worth the purchase. My only issue is the rear camera directions since they couldn't be more confusing. Once I threw the directions in the trash and checked you tube, I was able to figure out how to wire it.The camera itself works great, the directions are written by someone who obviously doesn't understand English.

The unit looks and works great. Love to be able to move it up/down when needed to keep the GPS map effortlessly visible for long drives. Apple Car Play is flawless and the size of the map is really good. My only complain is the external microphone quality is not as good as the head unit or my previous 10yr old Sony. Everyone I call complains my voice sounds like coming from a transistor radio or a walkie talkie. I will contact Jensen for support. It is also annoying a user manual with a troubleshooting section is not included in the box. Only a quick setup guide that invites you to download the manual from their website but the website says it is "Coming Soon". Seriously???

Head unit is nice, a little delayed on the response time and if you try to input too much information at once, like adjusting the time too quickly it might freeze, but outside of that a great! Affordable option.
