Bluetooth will not stay connected

Unit has been installed in my truck for a while. Keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth, which is getting very annoying in order to stay connected. I have to use the cable.

At first glance this just looked like a minimalistic double din screen radio with a very short single din chassis. But it mounted up perfectly in a double din slot and had all the features my son needed. It was even 6 channel so it ran all four mid and high channels and both sub channels. This radio worked well with his factory speakers but really came alive with with amps, fosgate mids and highs and punch subs. Plus its a Kenwood!

This is a great stereo, easy to connect and the menus are easy to get through without using instructions. I previously returned a 9-in pioneer because USB screen mirroring didn't work and a few other features, this Kenwood hooked right up no issues, highly recommend.

Apple Airplay doesnt work, I have an iphone 16 pro max. Dont buy if you have a newer phone because its not compatible with the apple or android play.

pros : settings for : sound (phone included), reversing camera image. Sound quality. The screen is not very glossy and with a good definition.I also like the solution found to transform it from 2din to 1din, the reduced dimensions in depth of the devicecons : that glossy frame, I had problems integrating it with a Metra dash-kit. Hardware, the same, the holes did not match, I had to improvise. It seems to be designed only for Japanese cars. Software : a bit too complicated, requires many maneuvers for simple applications (for example access to the mute button, saving a radio station to favorites)But as a conclusion, I do not regret the money spent. It is recommended to use an interface (I have a German car) if you have canbus
