Beware! I ordered this gaming computer for my daughter’s Christmas present during Black Friday sales event. Thought it was an awesome deal. BUT, when she opened it Christmas morning, we quickly saw things were not right. The back of the tower had a metal bay door that was open and would not close. Also, there were NO hdmi ports even installed in the tower!! So, we could not even hook up a monitor to see if the computer had met the other specs listed in description. Most of the tower looked fairly vacant! So now I have to pay more for similar specs since Black Friday sales are no longer around. So disappointing! Amazon really dropped the ball on this one.

Good computer. Silent. Sometimes it refuses to start. After a google search, it turns out that you have to complete discharge the system from time to time to get it going. I don't like all the lights on so I was able to turn them off via the included app. Only left the logo on so that I know the machine is on. Fast enough but not "wow" fast. It takes quite a bit to start (2 minutes) but after that it is fine. I have not played many games but the few I have played (Ghost of Tsushima, portal 2, World of tanks Blitz) played well on high settings. Wireless network card works fine.

Fail from Amazon Dell And Intel...

The PC itself is not the issue. The problem is that Intel is offering a software promotion for qualifying processors, yet Amazon is not listed as a supported vendor. Because of this, Intel is refusing to provide a redemption key for the software, despite the fact that the processor I purchased qualifies for the promotion.I find this situation misleading. The product was purchased through Amazon, sold as a Dell system, and Dell is providing the warranty. I paid over $3,000 for this PC, which includes a qualifying Intel processor. I contacted all three parties involved—Amazon, Dell, and Intel—and received conflicting responses. Amazon states that there is no such promotion. Dell and Intel both indicate that it is Amazon’s responsibility to provide the redemption key.What I do not understand is this: if Amazon is selling a Dell product, and Dell is supplying and warranting the system, then this is effectively a Dell-configured system using an Intel processor. From a customer’s perspective, the processor is part of the Dell product, not something Amazon independently modifies or supplies. The promotion is tied to the processor model, not the retailer.It feels unfair and somewhat deceptive that a qualifying product is sold without access to a promotion that should accompany it, especially when no party is willing to take responsibility. This is not a matter of financial loss to Dell or Intel, but rather honoring a promotion associated with the processor that was purchased.

*UPDATE*So I have had this PC for a little over a month now and have to say its been a blast. Its most likely overkill for gaming but its been more than impressive. in Getting 70+ FPS consistant on streets of tarkov with literally every setting on ultra. The ultra 9 doesnt dissappoint. Dont be swayed by not having the freedom to overclock this rig. You dont need that nonsense.Arrived late but thats alright. Just glad it finally shipped. It came in new condition (as expected) but seeing these reviews just point it out. Fired right up first try. Im very excited to get gaming, downloading Tarkov now to game in 1440P on ultra!

Absolute Beast of a Machine

After a very disappointing Black Friday purchase from another manufacturer of “gaming PCs “, I refunded, bit the bullet and went with this unit. And it succeeded all of my expectations. There’s something to be said for a machine that just works out of the box doesn’t require any tinkering inside the case to remove foam packing and has Windows (with minimal bloatware) mostly set up for you. Windows 11 and all of its quirks and flaws is another issue entirely, but that’s not related to the hardware which performs as you would expect from a machine of this calibre and specs.The footprint is also smaller than your usual towers, which means you can fit it next to a TV without it looking completely ridiculous. It’s not quite an MATX but it’s not quite a full-size tower either.Knock on wood there are no issues later but for now I am very happy with my purchase.
