Quit working after 6 months. Used maybe 10 times at most. Not easy to clean.

This grinder tips enough to pour everything out at the hopper. I also have a manual grinder that is a lot of work. And it will not make the flour as fine as ths electric mill does. It is very fast and the big hopper allows me to make all the flour. I'll need in one load. I'm now experimenting with different nuts and grains and seeds. This mill has opened my culinary horizon greatly. I highly recommend getting one. The larger hopper adds few dimensions because you can make all of your flour or other in one batch.

Worked good and fast. Alot faster than my coffee grinder. It is heavy so it doesn't move around in use.

I was hoping this shine of this grinder would be perfect for milling my wheat grain. I started with a little dried rice as instructed to pre clean and absorb any oils. First start sounded like a dang airplane was in my kitchen. The family evacuated the house and neighbors evacuated their house. It smelled like the motor was burning up. Then blue sparks were coming from the bottom. Then it blew its circuit and stopped. It ran for a total of 30 seconds. I figured that was just the break in stage. I cleaned it and tried grinding 3 cups of my wheat for 1 minute. It did the same thing and this time blue sparks were shooting out like fireworks. The bowl was red hot after only 20 seconds. I had to unplug it before I electrocuted myself or burned down my house. Maybe I got a faulty one too, but I’m returning and buying a Nutrimix.
