These are pretty much look like the more expensive boots that the middle schoolers are wearing. They cut out in the back makes these easier to put on than similar styled boots. The color is a little off putting they between tan and brown but have a orange hue to them that does seem to make them look a little cheaper than the name brand boots. Typically 6 or 7 is a women's shoe and not listed as "BIG KID". These offer the benefit of small adult sizes at kid shoe prices so it is a great value. My daughter is a women's size 6.5 to 7, I wear a 7.5. We received a 7 they were snug but wearable for me. They fit her well with room for an extra layer of socks or to grow. They were stiff at first but after a couple days they broke in. The footbed was not super comfy but we added a pair of cheap insoles and now she loves them. They keep feet warm, they are not waterproof. She has worn them every day since getting them in all sorts of weather they have not gotten the water mark stains when worn in snow and rain and even mud wiped off fairly easy. For an adult with a small foot these are a good occasional fashion boot or for a kid who has grown three shoe sizes this year and is still growing these are perfect.

Everything about this boot was great. The materials, fit, workmanship are very good. These were bought for a 3 year old boy and he loves them and he’s had no trouble putting them on or off himself

I bought these for my granddaughter who is 7 yrs in size 13 big kids. They are true to size and fits her perfectly. She loves them and they have become her favorite to wear!

Good value. Construction quality seems good. Fits my daughter well so sizing must be good. The boot has a thick, somewhat stiff sole. Hopefully it flexes better as it breaks in. Love that she can slip these on with easy and that they look stylish. Would definitely recommend. A worthy addition to the Amazon Essentials name.

Great boot for the price. I paid only around $25, and they are easy for my daughter to put on by herself. They would not do well in very wet or snowy conditions, but on cold days with little precipitation, they are perfect. They do get dirty pretty quickly, but it's not too bad to clean them by hand with a bit of soap and water.

Really comfy, warm, true to size. Sole flexible enough for driving. Been wearing them for a couple of weeks for work and my feet are cosy and dry so far.
