I was nervous buying a carry on online just because I couldn’t physically see what I was getting. I was traveling out of town for a bachelorette and procrastinated buying luggage so I spent almost a full day just looking at and researching different bags. I ended up settling on this and the pink backpack from the same company. When I got them I was honestly surprised at the quality of the bag. It was thick and very spacious. I was able to fit a weekend worth of clothes plus some that I didn’t even wear. With this being packed to full capacity, it still rolled and stood on its own very well. Didn’t experience any falling even with a full backpack on it. I did not use the straps on this as there was no reason and I already had the matching backpack. I’m excited to go on a trip again so I can use these againWhen I travelled, I flew Delta Airlines and everything fit perfectly. I would definitely research your airlines carry on size requirements before buying.

I recently used this rolling backpack for travel and loved its convenience and functionality. It’s spacious, easy to maneuver, and perfect for keeping everything organized on the go. Unfortunately, the zipper was broken upon arrival, but the customer service was exceptional. They promptly sent a replacement, and the new bag is fantastic. Despite the initial hiccup, the excellent service and the quality of the replacement have left me very satisfied. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable travel backpack!

Item was described as being a backpack with two sleek wheels. The item I received has 4 big bulky wheels that make the backpack measurements no longer appropriate for use as a personal item. The wheels are so big and bulky that the wheel cover does not even fit over them properly. These bulky wheels cheapen the product and makes it look like a children’s backpack not a versatile modern backpack. I’m sure I would have loved it if it wasn’t for this huge error. I did not spend $76 + tax for a backpack I could have gone to Walmart to buy.Update 10/27/25: just had to pay $100 at the gate because of the error of this bag. It did not fit into the personal item measurements as described in the item description. My one star still stands especially as I have gotten no response or apology from the brand regarding this description error and lack of customer service
