Very great quality. Durable, comfortable shoulder pads and spacious all around. Bought 2 and was able to pack the essentials plus a little more for 2 adults and 2 kids as a carry on plane trip and 12 hour car ride. Been on 2 trips so far since purchasing and no complaints.

*Update, I removed a star because after 1 day of travel, with 2 flights, one of the side buckles is starting to come off. I can sew it back, but I shouldn’t have to. Also, this backpack is too big to fit underneath the airplane seat. It must go in the overhead bin and if it’s packed to capacity, it might not fit. I did not have it full and it was a struggle to get it into the overhead bin. Overall, I love the capacity of the bag and I did a lot of walking while carrying it and it was comfortable. I will just make sure to have a second small bag when flying so I can redistribute my things, so I won’t have to worry if it will fit in the overhead compartment.I bought this for airline travel when I don’t want to check luggage. I’m 5’ tall and was afraid it would be too bulky, it’s big but manageable.The padded straps adjust well and it’s comfortable even when fully packed. I’m very happy with the capacity and number of compartments in this bag. It holds everything I could think to bring on a 5 day trip and there is still room to cram more in, if needed. It’s a little structured, which is nice because I returned one that was not structured at all and that one was hard to fill.Overall, I’m happy with this backpack, I ordered 4 other types and returned them. The cream two tone color is pretty, but it will definitely show dirt after some use. It’s a little bit of a canvas feel and is supposed to be water resistant. I haven’t tested that yet. The only thing I don’t love, is it seems to attract hair. I have dogs and while they don’t shed much, I put this on my bed to pack and it shows lots of hair.

This is so much bigger than it looks. I was able to fit 4 outfits, multiple swimsuits, multiple pairs of tennis shoes and sandals and toiletries. All this inside and was still able to use it as a carry on when I went on an airplane. Great quality. Nice colors, just as pictured, zipper is sewn great.
