Broken earing for the second time

I brough a pair of these earings but had to replace them as the stone came apart from the ear fastening.Again 2 days ago the stone came apart from the ear fastening and I would like to return them and get my money back.Please can you tell me how to do this.Lucy

Such an incredible product! I recently had to take off the same pair and lost them. I bought the same pair again! Such an incredible product! I even posted to my IG account recommending them! The packing is beautiful and would make a wonderful gift. They look much more expensive that what you pay for them. A great value!!!

Nice, but not worth the hype

I bought these earrings when they were on sale for $28, marked down from $80. For the reduced price, they are okay, but certainly not worth more than that. They are just as nice as any other CZ earrings, with the exception that the backer is very small, too small for the size of the stone. This is where they fall short, as the backer is not larger enough to hold the earrings upright on my earlobes. I have taken larger backers from another pair of earrings to help these sit better on my earlobes.

Best stud earring!! I have a pair of real diamond studs but am very hesitant about wearing them when I travel on vacation, I mean things happen! These studs though could pass for the real thing! The color, cut, and clarity is perfection for the size that I got! Best real looking diamond studs I’ve found for a great price! Highly recommend to anyone!

I didn’t expect much when ordering these. I had lost one in a pair of my real diamond studs. Didn’t want to break the bank for a new pair of the real deal. Anyway these are nice for the price and size 5mm. Not too big and not too small. They do have a nice sparkle, I just hope the gold 14k gold plating holds up. Received them next day after ordering.

OMG, I just received my 5 carat/ 8.5mm- 18k gold plated silver earrings and they are so gorgeous. They look so real and very expensive. The size is perfect, light weight, durability look good so far and value for the money 💯. Super happy with my purchase.
