The Monitor was defective on arrival. I called Samsung to help troubleshoot. If I understood correctly, the SN did not show up in their records. The monitor has its own diagnostic and it didn't fix the problem. Also, with no HDMI cable plugged in the display showed the same black wide bar across the display.

Quite like the curved design. So far so good only been a couple weeks. The color and detail are amazing. My first curved monitor so I thought it would take some time to adjust to, but it was effortless. Seems to be a quality product. I bought the 32" curved Samsung, just in case this is a mixed review.

Monitor was very easy to set up, works like a charm, and looks stunning too! For what I believe is a refurbished model, it functions and appears as brand new and I’m very happy with my purchase! My only hiccup was with shipping, which wasn’t at all the seller’s fault and they were still friendly and reached out reasonably fast.

The item works, it is matching the description. But who puts only a 1920x1080 resolution on a 32inch? Terrible quality.
