Doesn't bind devices long term

Guys updated gw and lock with the latest firmware. Doesn't work well. You need to come very close to bind lock . Lock is losing its bind after gw is moving out of range or losing power. You need to rebind again. 10m BT module is a lie. Works well <5m same with WiFi <5m otherwise shows poor signal. You have to work on your product, best put WiFi module into lock as the competitors do.

This is not compatible to most homes in America. Most don't have doors within 3 feet of their living rooms. In addition, it only displayed 1 of 4 locks.

I put a WE LOCK on my door and could only see who was coming and going when I was near the lock. Now that I have this Gateway installed, I get updates no matter where I am. It works perfectly for me and was super easy to set up!! Here’s a pic, I just have it attached to the wall next to my hotspot.

I put a WE LOCK on my door and could only see who was coming and going when I was near the lock. Now that I have this Gateway installed, I get updates no matter where I am. It works perfectly for me and was super easy to set up!! Here’s a pic, I just have it attached to the wall next to my hotspot.
No instructions, no support, and very poorly coded. It won’t hold a connection and it’ll frustrate you to no end.
