I really like this T V. It took a little bit of practice but now I love the T V. The picture quality is fantastic, deep rich colors. With the ai all the work is done by the T V.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give it a zero I would. It does not stay connected to your WiFi. It hasn't even been a month yet and it's already acting up. DON'T WASTE your money or time ordering this TV. This TV is still being sold even though so many are defective. I'm going back to my Samsung TV

The tv has a nice picture and sound, with a lot of customization options, including turning off some of the automatic advertising. It was very slow at first, but seemed to improve as I went through the setup process. The home screen is very busy - I like a cleaner interface and will tidy as much as I can. I don't much like the remote - needs a mute button and smoother movement. The button for volume and channel change is oddly hard to push. I did buy the two pack of extra remotes for about $ 8 and found they worked as soon as I put in batteries, and they do have a mute button, but almost too many tiny buttons that are harder to see. The one thing I really dislike is that there is no way to add the PBS streaming app unless you add an external ROKU or Amazon device. For me, the whole point of the enhanced picture is to enjoy PBS nature programs and travelogs, LG has got to fix this!

This is the largest flat screen TV we've ever had . . . And I love it! The tv was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. The picture color and sharpness and the audio quality are excellent. And we think we got excellent value for the price.

Great quality and quick response, no freezing. Only slight issue I have is the cursor on the remote being a little hard to control. I like the scroll function on the remote. They should make it like a trackpad so it can go both vertical and horizontal. Besides that awesome tv. Great color quality and clarity.

Very good TV for the price. Has great features and very good picture quality. The remote takes a minute to get use to but is easier for inputting passwords. You can also do QR code for passwords. Its a great upgrade for the price. They also have newer models with more features and better quality but this TV is great for the price. 5 star is based on quality, ease of use, and features. If it is based on best TV vs worst TV I would give it a 3.9. But once again based on BEST TV VS worst TV. Even in that case 3.9 stars would be a great rating.

So far so good. Pictures are brilliant. Love the variety of options for functionality. Set up was easy because I did it before with another LG Tv I have. So far I don’t see much difference between the qned and my older LG 43” UQ 9000 series 4k smart in terms of picture quality. But I must admit I haven’t explored all the different options as yet. In general, I love LG Tv.
